Thank you for shopping with Maktabah Thabitah. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept return and refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item
  • The issue is reported within 14 days of delivery

We may request supporting evidence (such as photographs) before approving a return, refund, or replacement.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • Items returned without prior approval from us
  • Items that have been used, damaged after receipt, or are not in their original condition

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at maktabahthabitah@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs where applicable

We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. Please do not send items back without receiving approval first.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of approval:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card provider — it may take time before the refund is posted
