Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Zones & Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom

  • Standard – Evri: 3–5 business days
  • Express – Royal Mail: 1–2 business days

European Union Standard international shipping to 28 EU countries. Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days.

North America (Canada & USA) Standard international shipping. Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days.

Asia-Pacific (Australia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore) Standard international shipping. Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days.

Middle East (UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia) Standard international shipping. Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days.

Delays, Customs & Import Charges

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are estimates only and are subject to change. Maktabah Thabitah is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs or border control processing
  • Carrier delays or disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout
  • Circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, public holidays, or industrial action)

For international orders, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country's authorities. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days of your order, please contact us.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at maktabahthabitah@gmail.com. We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf, however we are unable to take responsibility for parcels lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
